Facilities
Our manufacturing operations are housed in separate buildings totaling over 31,000 sq. ft. right across the street from each other. We have full process capabilities in 5- axis machining, turning, fabrication, assembly and testing. This allows us to manufacture and procure all needed components to ship a finished product to our customers when needed.
The current catalog of equipment is as follows:
- 22 CNC lathes from .5” – 4” bar capacity
- 7 Multi axis (y –axis- live tooling) CNC turning centers
- 5 4 Axis Horizontal machining Centers (up to 120 tools)
- 5 4 Axis CNC vertical mills
- 1 Machining Cell with 8 pallets
- 1 5 Axis Machining center
- 3 EDM machines (Wire and sinker)
- 6 Punch Presses up to 75 Ton capacity
